Check in at the Event

As you also like us, The Color Run team and all partners are committed to protect the environment. We consider it very important that whenever it is possible, strive to ensure that the Color Run event puts the smallest risk to harm our own environment. For this reason, paper based on-site registration has been replaced digitally, with a bar code base. When you arrive to the venue, it is enough to show your phone with your code at the registration staff. Please only print your ticket if your phone is not capable of displaying the digital ticket. In the appendix you will find your new bar code of entrance. Thank you for helping us to organize an eco-friendly sport festival. See you on 14 September

► 2019. szeptember 14-én ismét eljön a pillanat,
hogy az ország legszínesebb futásán,
a #THECOLORRUN a “Bolygó legboldogabb 5 km”-én
újra nagyra nőtt gyerek,
egy igazi boldog őrült lehess,
tetőtől talpig a szivárvány színeiben pompázz
és elfelejthesd a mindennapok szürkeségét.

► A 2019 május 25-i budapesti eseményhez hasonlóan,
most is idősávos indítások lesznek, 10 percenkénti startoltatással
Ez azt jelenti, hogy regisztrációkor a számodra legszimpatikusabb idősávba regisztrálod magad
(ameddig be nem telik annak a létszáma), az adott órában tudsz elindulni.

Így jobban kiszámíthatóvá válik számodra mikorra szeretnél megérkezni, mikor futsz,
mennyi időt szeretnél kint tölteni aznap a The Color Run fesztiválján.

► Természetesen a futás mellett most is lesznek műsorok, koncertek, zene egész nap,

FAQS

How can you enroll?
If you would like enroll on the run, you must register on the "web address with registration page",. Here you can enter an individual or team entry for the selected event. After completing the registration, the page will be redirect you to the selected payment method. If there is any deficency in the web store connection or any changes in the weather, so the event cant be held as it communicated, the Seller reserves the right to correct the changes. The Seller also reserves its right to modify the events time and scenario on security or other specific aspects.
Is there any student or other discount tickets?
There are no student, retired, handicapped discount, but there is a team discount for over 10 people. For business and / or large teams contact us here
How many person is a team?
10 people.
What is the method to enter a team?
The "captain" buys the tickets at the same time. Before you buy the tickets, you must complete "the registration panel" at the time of registration and provide mandatory details for each team member. After the purchase, we send out the information email to the "Team Captain", so he is obliged to hand it over to the team members.
How does the team payment look like?
The "Team Captain" who signs up to the event, buys and pays the entries. Team members have to settle the payment together. Organizers wont take any responsibility for any payment problems that arise within the team.
Can I include plus member to a team already signed in?
Unfortunately, this is not possible.
Can I make a registration at the place and time of the event?
You can only do that, if there is any free enries left.
How do I request the invoice for a company?
At the time of payment, you will be required to provide the details of the billing information on the name and address of the invoice. The bill cannot be changed after payment.
What happens if I do not get the recovery email after the registration?
Look at the spam folder too. If you did not get it there, please let us know by email,or "indicate here", we will send it to you individualy.
What does the entree fee include?
The Starter Package includes: - 1 official TCR T-shirt - 1 unique TCR Runicorn Medal (you will get it when you crossed the finish line) - Washable Tattoo - Headband -1 Bag Color Powder - Runicorn Badge - Number Number - Safety Pin for the running number plate * organizers reserve the right to change the starter packages combinations.
Who can get the starter package?
The initial package will be given to every runner who has paid the entry fee. Under the age of 12, the event is free of charge, with no starter package in this case. If you would like to have a starter pack, you should be entering your registration.
Can I run in my own t-shirt?
It is mandatory to use the current official t-shirt during the event. If you do not wear it, you can exclude the event from running. The use of other t-shirts is allowed only with the written permission of the organizers. You can apply for permission here
How can I recieve my starter bag?
You must bring your smart phone where you saved your entry badge number. You can show it to our staff member at the event and you will recive your starter package. If you do not have a smart phone please bring a printed Voucher and handle it to the staff where you can receive a starter pack. In this case you have to confirm your identity with a photo id card. We cannot print the voucher at the pick-up location. If you cant provide your own badge number at the pick up, the starter pack cannot be taken over.
How can I get the starter bag at the location?
It will be displayed on the spot according to time zones where you can take your own starter pack. You must bring your smart phone with your individual badge (recieved after registration) and show it to our staff. Or hand over a printed Voucher confirmation together with your photo included identity card. We cannot print the voucher at the pick-up location. Missing of your badge or/and your photo id card, the starter pack cannot be taken over.
Can I ask someone to get my starter package?
You must print your Voucher and handle it to " to the person you authorize", to get your package. This person should include an authorazitional letter from you which is signed. Also a photo included id card is a must to show and prove for the person who would like to recieve your starter pack.
When is the last time I can get my starter package at the event?
Adjusted to your chosen time zone. It is recommended to arrive one hour before your start.
Can I pick the powders colors into my starter bags?
Unfortunatelly this is not possible, because the prepackages are pre-packed and randomly assigned, based on the size of the official t-shirt you specify. Because of the large number of runners, our helpers wont have the time to make this changes at the event.
Can I buy more colored powder at the event?
Certainly you can at the time and place of the event.
Is the colored powder harmful to my health?
It is not harmful at all, it consists only of natural ingredients (corn starch base), does not contain artificial additives, non-toxic, heavy metals free, fire and explosion-proof, water-based, vivid colors of corn starch, baking soda and FD&C (food safe) dyes. Is the colored powder can be washable out of my stuff?
Our own official colors are water-soluble and washable. However, it is not known how your sweat, deodorants, antiperspirants, and others will have a reaction to the material you wear, so it may occasionally leave a stain.
What happens if I am late for my time zone?
You must start in the time zone in which you entered earlier. We have the right, but we do not want to exclude you for this from the event. Please be in time. 🙂
Is there a time limit ont he running course?
There is no timing on the course, because it is not a competition. The point here is to have fun, move outdoors and prove yourself that you can complete the run. If you want to measure your performance, we recommend to use your own tool.
Can I bring my dog to the event?
Certainly you can. But since you are the only one who knows your dog, and you have to understand that there will be a huge crowd at the area, you have to take the responsibility for your dogs and others safety. Also bring a vaccination book with you if there is any accidental problem.
Can I pass the gates of colouring without being smashed of the colors?
Yes, if you do not want to be colored with color powders, you can pass it without running through them.
Can I bicycle or can I use any other vehicle on the course?
Using a car, bicycle and other vehicles accompanying the event may only be used by the organizers or by a separate organizer license. Wheelchair access, Handbike, children's bicycle, children's running bike are allowed.
Are there any refreshment points?
Yes, surely there will be. We provide free refresher to the registered runners twice. Once on the running course, once upon the finish line.
Will there be a dressing room?
Yes, there will be a cloakroom operated by a contracted partner. You will be able to leave your clothes, bags and other items there at the designated paid, guarded place. There is also a dressing room. We do not take responsibility for the values left in your dressing room.
Will there be a parking lot for the runners to leave their cars?
You can park your car at the Margharet Islands north side of the Árpád Bridge, in the designated payable parking lot. You will be charged of the parking fee. Please note that there will be not enough parkings spaces to all, so you should consider to arrive by public transportation fom te Margit Bridge side.
Can friends and family members join me as an audience?
They can surely come. Attendants and viewers can attend the event for free and stay in the area. However, they are not eligible to run and do not receive a starter pack.
Will the event be held if the weather condition turns bad?
If its only rainy or windy we will keep the event. However, if the weather turns into extreme conditions, we reserve the right that we wont let runners start the course, or modify, or delete any event items. For more information, see the Terms and Conditions and Terms of Service.
Are there any showers or cleaning „myself” possibility?
There will be no shower facilities at the venue. Air blowers will be operating at the event if you want to get clean, but of course, this does not mean 100% cleaness, but it leaves less dust on your clothes. You need to know that it is always fun for the spectators and passers-by when they see the colorful people around the city. For more information, see the Entry Terms.
How can I reach the event?
Once we do not know where you are coming from, you have to be informed about the location approach on the Internet. We also recommend this solution for official schedules (BKV, ELVIRA, Volán, etc.). Google is your friend.  Bus #26 on the Margaret Island runs on a alter route of the run. It wont be crossing the Margaret Island.
Will there any food course at the event?
Yes. The event will be hosted by contracted partners.
